For Young Adults
Teens and young adults face many challenges. As the body matures and changes, chemical changes also occur in the brain. Coupled with changes in relationships, family crises, school demands and other issues, young adults often feel under great stress. Depression and other mental illnesses frequently emerge in late adolescence and early adulthood, often causing much pain and uncertainty. The good news is that mental illness is very treatable, both with medication and counseling.
