On the snowy afternoon of November 15, the MHANC community came together to celebrate the upcoming holidays with a Thanksgiving Pot Luck lunch. A heartfelt greeting from Executive Director Eda Franco set just the right tone for the afternoon and along with festive decorations, delicious food and good music, it was a wonderful time for giving thanks and celebrating the season.
Staff members embraced the opportunity to share their special takes on traditional holiday foods. Dishes included two turkeys (including one that was deep fried!), honey baked ham and even blackened salmon, coupled with delicious sides and a dessert table that was filled with delectable choices.
The Thanksgiving Pot Luck Lunch was a fantastic chance to celebrate the wonderful work MHANC does in the community and to acknowledge each other as important members of our agency.
