  • The Mental Health Association offers an excellent array of benefits. Full-time employees receive the following benefits:

    Health Insurance - individual and family coverage with a minimum employee co-payment

    Dental Insurance

    Life Insurance - term insurance equal to the employee's salary

    Paid Time Off - 10 days in the first year, with the employee accruing an additional day for each year of employment up to 20 days.  (Some supervisory employees begin employment with 15 days.)

    Sick Leave
  • Partial reimbursement is available for educational expenses for education that is related to the MHA job after one year.
